Strasbourg is famous for its beautiful historical center, the Grande Île, which was the first city center classified entirely as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
On the 31st (Sat), stop by Les Confitures du Climont, then learn about winemaking at Domaine Albert Seltz, and then visit La Petite France. Here are some ideas for day two: contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Mont Sainte Odile, make a trip to Barrage Vauban, and then make a trip to Cathedrale Notre Dame de Strasbourg.
