The laidback town of Essaouira, known for its forceful trade winds, attracts Moroccan and foreign tourists alike with its sweeping beaches and atmospheric, labyrinthine medina, a World Heritage Site.
Step out of Essaouira to go to Sidi Kaouki and see Sidi Kaouki Beach, which is approximately 34 minutes away. The adventure continues: take a pleasant ride with a tour on horseback, head outdoors with Kaouki Surf School, stop by Boutique de Commerce Solidaire AFBK et Cours de Cuisine, and get the lay of the land with Walking tours.

Nestled in the High Atlas Mountains, the village of Imlil boasts a pleasant, cool climate and scenic surroundings.
Get out of town with these interesting Imlil side-trips: Sur Les Pentes du Toubkal (in Tahanaout) and Le Savo'art Fer (in Ourika).
