Start off your visit on the 16th (Sun): take in the architecture and atmosphere at Iglesia del Carmen, get engrossed in the history at Museo del Canal Interoceanico de Panama, and then appreciate the extensive heritage of Casco Viejo. On your second day here, don't miss a visit to Panama Canal and then stop by Cinta Costera.
