Bonebakker Jeweller was established in Amsterdam over two centuries ago. As early as the nineteenth century Bonebakker was being commissioned to produce prestigious pieces, including a new crown for King Willem the 2nd in 1840. This crown is still being used today by the current Dutch royal family.

Bonebakker is privileged to have such a renowned and celebrated history of selling diamonds and producing high end jewellery. The focus for the modern Bonebakker is acclaimed brands such as Piaget, Boucheron and Buccellati as well as haute couture pieces from upcoming designers Ole Lynggaard, Pasquale Bruni and Dinh Van.

Bonnebakker remains Holland’s oldest and most respected jewellery house. It is a sophisticated place for both connoisseurs and lovers of jewellery, and a very beautiful place to shop.

  • Worst experience at a jeweler by far. It all started with an insult as a lady opened the door and questioned my outfit. She then proceeded to display a few rings, commenting on them and how they looked on me. The comments were not positive, they were in the vein of "That doesn't suit you", "I didn't think people from your country liked rings like that", very xenophobic. I don't know her name, as she never introduced herself, and she didn't email the price estimates either. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!
  • The staff was amazing and the selection is top notch! I've been around the world and this place is something special. They make you feel right at home and that it's not just about the sale. They make custom designs too, so if you cant find what you're looking for they will hunt down the best stones and design something just for your needs. Highly recommend over anything in the states.
