Visit Wat Pho, one of the six main Buddhist temples in Thailand. Admire the 46 m (151 ft) long Buddha statue and its memorable pose, and explore the wide range of temple buildings displaying rich and intricate religious designs and a history dating back to the 16th century. Vital to the spiritual and architectural heritage of the city and the country at large, the site houses the largest collection of Buddha depictions in Thailand. Said to be the first public university in the nation, the temple also has an illustrious educational history and still runs courses on traditional Thai massage and medicine. Wat Pho Reviews
A must visit. Excellent. Beautiful and in awe of it all. So pleased we visited it. Easy to get to and accessible for all. more »

Never mind. Follow all the steps that tell you and be respectful of the environment. More than selfies, you've bid on everything that happens to you with the coins instead of 20 bath. You pass through the spaces. Take your time. There's a school. There are children. There's a lot of stories. And don't miss a massage at massage school. Enjoy
Highly recommended. Way better the Grand Palace. You can see there huge laying Buddha and whole complex of sanctuary. The entrance ticket is 200 B. You can easily spend there 2 hours. Walking distance to the rest of main attractions on Bangkok
This temple was huge!. There was so many beautiful things to look at. I spent around two hours but could have easily spent another hour. The reclining Buddha was awesome. It was housed in a beautiful temple with artwork covering the entire inside of the building. Women are required to cover their ankles and shoulders but they have scarves they borrow out if you do not have anything. It is definitely worth a visit.
