  • The Dutch resistance during WWII provides a glimpse at the triumphs and failures of a subjugated population that wavered between collaboration and resistance. The best of the later is well documented ...  more »
  • Book of Rein Mulder views and for the rest very special must never forget. Save always close again only generation ago and 70 million deaths by racial hatred.

  • Very informative museum, but very dense. There is no way you can read all the information in here. Shows what life in the Netherlands was like during ww2. Also features a section talking about the Dutch colonies in Asia during the war, which I found very interesting and important as there is not usually much attention given to that area during that period
  • Lots of moving personal stories and as well as plenty of information about the life in the Netherlands at the time, which gives context. Give it a few hours. And if you can, bring earbuds with 3.5 mm cable, for the audio guide. Otherwise you will need to keep it to your ear the whole time to listen to it, which gets tiresome quickly.
