  We had a great experience with Canal Motorboats. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The boat was nice and easy to drive. We will come back again for sure.

  The boat was okay. The battery ran out in the middle of the 1-hour trip. It took us 1 hour to return, while it took 30mn on the way out. It was extremely frustrating, as pedestrians were quicker than us. I would recommend you to do a boat trip, but not with this company. It is expensive for what it is, and in one hour you see almost nothing (they are based far from the real city center). You can find a boat tour (with a few other people) for 12€/hour/person with drinks. The people running the company were nice but they could have told us there was a problem with the battery and at least say sorry. Instead of this, they just asked for a good review on Trip Advisor.
