Bonebakker Jeweler Amsterdam Reviews
I knew I would want a remembrance of our vacation to Amsterdam and it would be diamonds. After some research I wanted to go to Bonebakker. Jannie greeted us and we discussed what I had in mind, then s... more »
This jeweller offers excellent service in beautiful surroundings. Unlike the big brands the staff are very knowledgeable and the service is very personal. The team is also multi lingual. more »
Worst experience at a jeweler by far. It all started with an insult as a lady opened the door and questioned my outfit. She then proceeded to display a few rings, commenting on them and how they looked on me. The comments were not positive, they were in the vein of "That doesn't suit you", "I didn't think people from your country liked rings like that", very xenophobic. I don't know her name, as she never introduced herself, and she didn't email the price estimates either. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!
The staff was amazing and the selection is top notch! I've been around the world and this place is something special. They make you feel right at home and that it's not just about the sale. They make custom designs too, so if you cant find what you're looking for they will hunt down the best stones and design something just for your needs. Highly recommend over anything in the states.
