We took this tour off a Carnival cruise. Our guide spoke excellent English which made our visit more enjoyable since most signs were in Spanish. The small museum gave a overview of Cartagena's history. No AC but the gardens were refreshing. I am glad we saw it and would recommend going.

Museum shows the history from the inquisition in LatinAmerica and how people was accused because of a different thinking based on other people comment and they were judged. Also they show a documentary from a "witch". The place has two other floors were artists are allowed to show their work and is a history peace from the Heroic Cartagena, price is around $8 USD. If you like this kind of histories you can pass by
