Don't look down as you cross over a 70 m (230 ft) deep valley in Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. The park's star attraction, a 140 m (460 ft) suspension bridge, was originally built in 1889 and was completely reconstructed in 1956. Once you've made it across, lose yourself in the jungle canopy via a network of seven treetop walks built in 2004. You can add to your experience with an eco-tour through the surrounding forest. We drove to North Vancouver from another lower mainland city on Dec 3,345pm for the Christmas Lights Display. It is good to get there at this time of season around 4pm as then you can see the trees... more »

We went at 10:30am and even then it was still quite busy. Spent about an hour here total. It’s a bit pricey but seems like one of those things you must do while in Vancouver. Do it once so you can... more »

Whimsical experience with night lights! Best time to go is in winter, after snowfall, just before dark. You'll see river from the bridge and the cliff with daylight, than grab a drink, wait till it's completely dark and do everything once again. Designers did an outstanding job decorating the place, even adult would feel as a kid with so much charming details. Highly recommend. Enjoy!

There's nothing quite like this in the greater Vancouver area so that's definitely unique for tourists. However, as a local, it's not worth the price of admission because we're lucky enough to have access to this kind of scenery for free. Further, the bridge at Lynn canyon is free. I will say that the cliff walk is interesting worth experiencing, although a little short. The exhibits are quite well done, good presentation on history, the gift shop is actually one of the best I've ever seen, very well done. Everything is well maintained, great place for tourists. I wish it were a little bigger.
