    I managed to wonder into the store to buy new ski poles. I happened to be dealing with the most arrogant sales man I have ever encountered. The man was so arrogant that made me to sit down behind my desk and write about it. Please sir treat people with respect so they can spend more time skiing than typing these reviews. Cheers and peace to Lake Louise.
